Meet life coach Beth Montpas. She’s one of those people who has cultivated and fine-tuned her listening skills in order to hear what clients are saying, and to help them discover a new path in their lives. Her passion as a life coach is to help women become the leaders of their lives. She has a sense of direction and confidence that helps guide others to develop a unique plan for working toward dreams and goals with built-in personal responsibility.
After 20 years as a small business owner, and a prior career as a health educator, Beth took the leap to become trained and certified as a life coach. As a result of her own path and her training, she’s dedicated to working with women who are tired, stressed, overwhelmed, worried and lacking confidence. Her coaching helps women who want more contentment, less settling; more confidence, no negative self-talk; more time and fewer to-do lists. She knows first-hand the before and after. She took a series of risks, rewrote her personal story and discovered that life she refers to “as an indescribable gift and a one-time offer.” As she says to others “if you don’t like the part you’re playing in your life story, you can write a new script!” It’s never too late to say, “this is not how the story is going to end.”
Coaching tip from Beth: “Feel the fear and do it anyway.”
Beth is certified as a life coach by the John Maxwell Team. Her articles have been featured in The Magnolia Journal, American Quilter and American Quilt Retailer.
